A well-run, small hotel situated a short walk from town centres in Bournemouth and Boscombe.

Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. An amazing hotel - lovely room and great facilities - great views - we had a wonderful time

Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. The personal touch made a huge difference. The room was to the highest standard and certainly did not disappoint. Nice ambience, very clean, comfortable beds, really good breakfast

The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful. Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole.

The room was warm and cosy; the location was really central and easy to find. David was super friendly and made us a wonderful breakfast including home-made sourdough!

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. A real gem and the restaurant Jetty is superb. Staff very attentive, always available and courteous. I will be gladly come back.

Little Hotel with a big attitude, everything about our stay was exactly how I wanted it, the owners are a lovely couple and really put 100% into making your stay a memorable one. We only eat breakfast at the Hotel, but if that is anything to go by the food was excellent. The Hotel has a nice comfortable bar with reasonable prices. We will definitely come again
