Great position, overlooking Poole Bay. Restaurant was of a high standard, and very polite and efficient staff. Quiet, relaxing stay, well run, nothing was too much trouble, found reception, hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

Fantastic property located within a very relaxing setting, all the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help!, rooms are very clean and spacious can’t sing the praises of this place enough will most definitely be staying again!!

Everything was fine. Breakfast has a good selection. The staff were very helpful

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. The property itself is stunning (especially the pool and dining areas) and our room was the perfect size (get one facing the sea, so worth it). Highly recommend the afternoon tea and continental breakfast (all fresh and...

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

Really good stay and central

Friendly hotel and restaurant in a beautiful location by the river Stour and. nature reserves - ducks, swans, herons ... Served by hourly bus direct from Poole, or use the very frequent services to Kinson and walk 11-15 minutes across the nature reserve

i received excellent service from attentive staff. my loft room was small but well- appointed.

Service was amazing from the moment we stepped inside. We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. The personal touch made a huge difference. The room was to the highest standard and certainly did not disappoint. Only reservation and this is scraping the barrel, however I hope they can be helpful to someone: We were on the ground floor, and had some heavy footed people upstairs - I...
