"I had an amazing stay at Le Roy Barbados. The location is perfect- just steps from the beach with stunning views. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of great restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There’s also a nearby bus service, making it simple to explore the island without any hassle. The staff truly made the experience special; they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Alana, Deonne , and Phil who truly elevated the experience. "

"Overall the resort was beautiful and some of the staff was very nice and helpful. However there was no “airport shuttle” the guests are responsible for paying a taxi there and back. Any of the “adult only” amenities were not adult only. The food at the restaurants were okay, but never actually hot. And there are several times throughout the day the only meal option is a “grab and go”. The staff at the front desk and welcome staff were not hospitable or welcoming. There was one day during our stay we requested the room be cleaned, we left out around 11am when we came back after 5 pm no one had been to the room still. We called downstairs they said they would send someone up, we left out for a little over an hour came back no one still came. When we called downstairs to inquire, they stopped answering the phone. From that day forward , I could not get in touch with the front desk by phone. I also attempted to go to the nurse station, which is the only way to receive any sort or medicine or bandages on the resort, and no one was available multiple times throughout the day. The WiFi was terrible throughout the entire resort. The location of the resort was 30-40 minutes away from most attractions and taxis cost $120-150 USD. I would not stay again. "

"This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that."

"We stayed at Dover Beach while visiting for a family wedding. We were located in the main building and overall really enjoyed our stay. The staff for the most part was excellent. Rosie at the front desk goes above and beyond and the ladies who do breakfast service at the onsite restaurant were always extremely pleasant. We really enjoyed the food and they had a great cocktail menu if that is something you would enjoy. The security was great and always felt comfortable while I was there. The resort is well located. It is dated but nothing that bothered us. It is by no means a high end resort so if that’s your preference then another location would be best for you. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book there again. "
