"Pool and hot tub were clean and not overly crowded. Looks like they are about to get a new gym as well that will be nice! Room was quiet and cozy. Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner so no need to leave if you don't want to. Lots of parking as well!"

"We had a really nice trip to this resort. We stayed for 3 nights with our dog.One of the bellman, Magny was so helpful. When I realized we were going to be too far from a door to walk our dog he call down to the front desk and arranged another room. He knew right where we needed to be and set us up for convenience! It was greatly appreciated! The fitness center at the spa was one of the nicest resort fitness centers we've been to. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and everything was hot...

"I absolutely loved my huge balcony. I had chairs to sit out and enjoy the breeze. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There wasn't a microwave in the room but there is an accessible one in the lobby. The area is nearby to plenty of shopping and places to dine. I do believe they charge for breakfast and if you have a family this may or may not be a hindrance. I will stay here again."

"Had to switch rooms after the 2nd night. The ceiling was leaking water. There was black mold on the ceilings in the closet and bathroom. The 2nd night the air conditioner plug outlet sparked a flash fire and I had to unplug the cord. We were transferred to another room that was better but smelled like mildew. The out areas had broken glass on the walkways and in the parking lot. Dog crap and vomit on the sidewalks, exterior doors that were broken. Staff was friendly but showed little interest...

"We are kind of disappointed for the fewer choices of breakfast items and slowly cooking time. Sometimes, they even do not provide clean water to their clients after breakfast time."

"The staff were attentive but not gonna lie it was dirty in there , elevator was dirty but ,I went with my family on a reunion so there was a lot of foot traffic but, the toilet had a stain , the corners of the showers could’ve had things in them,hot tub wasn’t hot and for the price I payed I thought it’d be better"
