"The room was not clean-sheets did not fit the King size bed-- one side kept popping off,the bathroom was not ring around toliet and tube, sink was not clean. the Kitchnette area was not clean, and the sink in kitchen was not clean, refrigetor was leaking water all over floor. The hallways coming up the elevator was dirty and full of spots. The Breakfast promised was coffee, and nutrious bar, and muffins were stale. When we returned from an outing-- room was not clean, and garbage overflowing--...

"So we booked the sweet. the beds were hard, the light fixture broken, when it was storming water was leaking through the sockets, it smelled like smoke in our room, but none of us smoke, The windows were dirty, It didn't even have faced house for iron.We had to go down and get some.It just really looked like it was quickly put together and wasn't really cleaned.There's a whole lot that I could really talk about and or pictures that I have.Just overall, it wasn't suitable for the price that we...

"I know this is a pet friendly hotel but there should be rooms for people who are allergic to cats, as I am. I walked into the room, laid in the bed and my eyes swelled up that fast. Less than 2 minutes. I know it is pet friendly but I thought it would be cleaned more thoroughly. The staff there were fantastic and cancelled our week long reservation. I can’t talk highly enough about the staff. Thank you to them again. Just look for a hotel that doesn’t allow pets if you are as allergic...

"We checked into the first room, which had a couple arguing loudly in the next room. The front desk was accommodating and offered another; however, this room spelled like cigarettes. An asthma attack later ensued. Went to another Hampton Inn and that experience was great! Do not recommend this site...drive a little to another location."

"Rooms are looking a bit tired. AC was not cooling down the room. Extremely humid and damp in the room. My daughter asked why the carpet was damp! No exhaust fans in the bathrooms . Toilet handle was falling off the toilet. Front desk told me I was in a newly renovated room. I am sure this was not the case. Maintenance looked at our ac unit. Not sure if they fixed it but they did put it on 59 to try to cool the room. Canceling a fall visit that we previously planned here. It’s a nice...
