"First I want make it clear the customer service at this establishment was superb. The front desk clerk, Terrance was immediate and intentional at check in. He offered a choice of floor for our stay. Having a first floor room was a plus after a long eight hour drive. However upon entering the room the musty, moldy smell was overpowering. My daughter immediately wanted to get another room.
