"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. "This is an excellent hotel for its price in Barbados. This is primarily because it is not on the beach. It’s also the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel there and I’ve stayed at several. I’m vegan and my partner is not and we were both very pleased. The dinner was not so tasty I must say. The staff were polite and attentive. "Put in the reservation/booking notes we were celebrating our baby moon and wedding anniversary and would be interested in a room upgrade. When we arrived no congratulations, acknowledgment of notes at all. When I asked about a room upgrade I was told I had to call Hilton directly which I found strange. Overall staff was pleasant, there was loud construction going on during our stay. Restaurants and pools on site were convenient. Beach not safe for toddlers/ small children."

"South Point resort is very nice, but it is far from the calming beaches and activities in Barbados. They don’t offer complementary shuttle service to the beaches or airport thus far each taxi or Uber is 30 US dollars per Way. If this hotel is in a different location, it will be every bit of a five.
