"This is by far the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed at. It was so awful that I checked out a day early. I prepaid my stay and when I arrived I was given a handicap room which I didn’t select. The room was run down and falling apart. I requested to have a room change and they refused. I also heard from another visitor that her room was also not up to par, and she felt embarrassed for her family members that would be joining them the next day. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. "Hyatt hotel stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only mishap was that they were doing a little renovation in the lobby and the pool wasn’t open, but other than that everything was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very quiet. Even with the renovations going on, we didn’t hear any noise at all unless you went downstairs to the lobby. Great place to stay, the area is very quiet, and food places are only about a 5-minute drive away."
