"We had a nice clean room that was comfortable. The dining room was very busy at night. Breakfast was good with a wide range of choices. Good service. Only had to wait for 10 minutes for the shuttle. Overall it was a good experience. "

"Every thing was as expected except for the heating. I never find the aircon units work. They are over ridden by the staff who either prefer a cool environment or are instructed to save money. Basically an acceptable stay could have been a really good one if the room had been warmer."

"Really quite rude staff. Ignored by 2 x check in staff. He asked another colleague to do it and then did it himself. Appreciate they were busy, but no need for it"

"We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant."
