2/10 Terrible

"My fault entirely for not staying at a more airport based hotel We chose this hotel so we could do a bit of swimming before heading away for the weekend The pool is advertised at closing at 1030 but when we arrived the lady checking us in said last swim for children was 7 It’s not easily visable - the key information you are sent on the hotel says 1030 so my teenage son and I couldn’t swim The bathroom doors aren’t soft close they spring shut very loudly o sorted this by putting a towel inbetween the door sadly my neighbours didn’t do the same Talking of neighbours the walls are super thin and the people in the room next to us was having a party - lots of people lots of noise 2 noise complaints were raised but they still want on until 330am less then ideal when im up at 6am for a flight The lady on check out was nice and did apologise I just think for what I needed for the airport I should have just stuck with the premier inn by the terminal and not try and go “nice”!"

"Very old and dirty hotel. Furniture broken and old. Have to wait 30 min for the water to warm up before you can take a shower. Breakfast very bad cooked. Heating not working in my room and when asked for heater I didn’t get one.Windows don’t close stayed in 2 rooms you can open them from outside not safe to leave the personal belongings in the room."

"I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. I will definitely be back."

"We stayed in a family room and to be honest it was completely run down. There were water stains on the walls which looked like there was a leak. Only 2 out of 4 of the lights worked. And the 2 that did had different coloured bulbs in. The bathroom was clean however the bath panel was awful and needed replacing and the shower was a nightmare to try and work. The room overall really needs updating. We felt like because it was a family room it had just been out at the back of the hotel and neglected. Breakfast was okay. They had our jam out instead of ketchup and the eggs were very greasy. We wouldn’t return which is such a shame as the hotel itself looks lovely as soon as you walk in."

"Decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant, terrible mistake. The starter was gambas pil pil, spicy prawns. They were dry, no sauce whatsoever and tasted like they had been dipped in tomato sauce. The side salad with it was sad and limp and had no salad dressing. The main arrived, pork, should have been with a risotto, none available so had chips. Once again the salad was sad and limp with no salad dressing. The meal was inedible. The pork was totally overcooked and tasted like old boots. Eventually a waiter came to take away my plate, not to check on the meal. I explained it was inedible, he at least agreed the pork was ruined. Breakfast was not much better, I picked the cooked items from the hot plates. Bacon, it was dry, left in the hot plate too long, potato, tomatoes, which were burnt and the driest sausage it has even been my misfortune to have on my plate. I asked for a freshly fried egg, it was burnt around the edges and didn't look at all attractive. The cup of coffee I simply couldn't finish. You have serious problems in the kitchen."
