The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The property was quiet, which allowed us to get a great night’s sleep after a long day on the road. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! Note: If you book third party, it is best to contact the hotel staff in advance for arrival instructions. I learned that...

"Very spacious room! But very bland furnishings. They need a towel ROD in the bathroom. They don't service your room but then have nowhere for towels to hang. That makes zero sense. Pool area nice but the water was SO SO SO cold. Like snow runoff! Breakfast pretty good but no fruit. Loud property being right by the highway. But all in all, good, clean, great staff!"

"The stay was pleasant, bed supper comfortable!! A plus because our weekend was spent hiking and exploring Mt Shasta area. The breakfast was delicious, good options and nice strong coffee. Clean and service was great. Didn’t get to use the pool area.. so can’t comment on that. Overall, our stay was very good!"

"We stayed here cause the kids wanted to swim, so we figured why not since they have an indoor pool. To my surprise the swimming pool was out of service! We booked a one king bed well the elevator was out of service as well and the rooms with king size bed are on the top floor, so we had to stay in a bedroom with a queen size instead. The AC unit was so loud I think it was on its last days of life! We checked out early to go have breakfast elsewhere cause their food didn’t look too appealing."

"The location was great. The newly remodeled room was nice and clean. It could have used a few more outlets. We were on the upper floor so an elevator would have been convenient for our luggage. It was easy to find and close to the freeway. Plenty of parking. The public areas we saw could use new carpet, however I think they are still working on renovations."
