"AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out. Breakfast buffet was decent."

Our son particularly liked the glass floor in the restaurant where you can see a small stream that runs into the Vltava. One tip, if you're driving there, don't use Google maps as it takes you to the road above the hotel with no way to get down to the river side, use the Czech mapy.cz instead "
