Everything you need!

Great location in the centre of town, right by the Black Tower and the main square. Apartment was comfortable a clean. Good breakfast option for a small charge. Well stocked kitch if you want to self-cater. Handy Albert & Billa supermarkets on the short walk from the station.

Ema and Jana were very helpful with a problem I had with my reservation, and they really made the difference. And a great location. Just be sure you can manage the stairs if you are in one of the parts without an elevator.

This Hotel is wonderful In Ceske Budejovice. We made the right decision of stopping in and staying in Budejovice after visiting crowded Cesky Krumlov instead of overpriced hotels in hype of Krumlov. Budejovice is much calmer but bigger city with additional bonus, Budweiser Budvar brewery. Hotel is in excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, clean and roomy apartment and reasonable price with delicious breakfast, were all made us wish we could stay more than one night. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, if you speak English the staff easily accommodates, I believe their English is better than mine but no surprise there since I’m American. They do charge for any extras such as parking, breakfast, mini bar and if you leave the room dirty but other than that it’s a very big and nice hotel with a very kind staff

Spacious apartment (with a washing machine, fridge and a small kitchen!), super friendly staff ready to help you when you need. We arrived in the morning, stored our luggage, and we were helped to find the buses to go to Hluboká Castle nearby, by installing a certain app on the smartphone. Thanks a million! Just be aware --when you make your travel plans-- that the front desk is only open for check-in until 8pm (or so). You may have to make special arrangements if you arrive outside the check-in hours stated on the website.

Highly Recommend !

Fantastic stay! There s an elevator which was not mentioned in the description while we were looking. The room was spacious with a full kitchenette. Your own washing machine which was a great surprise. Beautiful tall windows overlooking the quiet street. Easy walking distance to town square with all the shops. While in Europe we also visited Venice and Munich and Ceske Budejovice was by far, our favourite city and accommodations.

Check in experience was good and I was explained how everything works. I had never stayed in such a type of property with a separate area with a locked gate and hallway with doors with windows to the room facing the hallway. The room itself was nice and rather spacious with lots of equipment like stove, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. However, I did not use any of this and just went to the local restaurs including the one attached to the hotel which had a nice vibe and good food and service. The hotel is very close to the main square and the Black Tower which makes it very walkable. The rest of the city was a bit odd as a visitor from Canada and staying 3 nights was probably too long but nevertheless it was interesting to visit a city where there is no souvenir store in sight unlike Prague & Cesky Krumlov which are very tourist focused. There was a nice large green space around 15 minutes walk West of the hotel with serene energy.

It was a really nice apartment with an excellent restaurant attached. It was close to the town square. It was bout a 15 min walk to the central train station. I had a very nice stay there. I would definitely stay there again.

Homely appartments in center of Ceske Budejovice

One of the most pleasant stays in Czech so far. Except extremely slow elevator, the building is excellent and the apartments are very interesting. Our room located in attic had stunning view and was comfrtably equipped. We highly appreciated convenient location in the center of the town.

No había trapo en la cocina. Los utensilios de cocina eran muy reducidos. Sartenes sucias. Hubiera estado bien un lavavajillas u horno. Por lo demás el apartamento estaba muy bien, en cuanto a limpieza, ubicación, espacio, sonoridad, etc…

Der Check In war traumhaft, perfektes Englisch sehe sehr freundlich und unkompliziert hat uns direkt alles am Eibgang mit dem Code an der Tür gezeigt damit keine Fragen offen bleiben Das Parkhaus ist 4 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt die Einfahrt war problemlos, seitens der Rezeption hatte man unser Nummernschild eingegeben und die Schranke öffnete automatisch. Sehr viel Platz im Parkhaus alles problemlos.6 € je Tag. Das Frühstück sollte man allerdings nicht dazubuchen ,Spiegeleier alle kalt ,wässriger O Saft , es wurde nichts aufgefüllt ,der Kuchen bestand aus hartem Teig, eine Pflaume pro Blech, es ist in der 1.Etage und es gibt kaum Tische man muss dann alles über die steile Treppe nach unten schleppen .Besser irgendwo frühstücken gehen, es gibt genug in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber mit Kühlschrank und Küche es gibt keine barrierefreien Duschen nur in Verbindung mit Badewanne unsere Zimmer waren nur durch eine steile Treppe zu erreichen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Großzügiges Apartment mit Panoramafenster und Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt. In der Nähe des schwarzen Turms. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe eine Parkanlage mit Springbrunnen, vielleicht für Hundebesitzer ganz interessant.
