From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and accommodating. We especially want to recognize Ryan for his exceptional customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. While we were having breakfast, we had the opportunity to observe how he interacted with each guest, and it was clear that he takes great pride in making everyone feel welcome and well cared for. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. Ryan is an incredible asset to the Hilton family, and our family cannot say enough about the wonderful impression he made on us. Employees who provide this level of genuine care and hospitality are truly special, and we hope he has a long and successful career in the hospitality industry. He is truly one in a million! The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. "My second stay in the last 3 years. Great staff, everything is clean and well maintained. Large rooms, free breakfast. On the river at the beginning of Main Street, so everything is walkable. Sadly, there's really nothing to walk to in Potsdam, nor are there any decent restaurants. For a town with two colleges (Clarkson and SUNY Potsdam), there's no money being invested in downtown."

Everything worked well - Keurig area in the room was well-stocked, nice-sized fridge that had a dedicated freezer space in it which was perfect, free bottled water provided and everything was very clean! Fast and easy check-in, location was quiet, which surprised me because it is located on a busy road. As a solo female traveler I did feel safe there."
