This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

O quarto não esta em boas condições, TV muito pequena e antiga; não dispuseram talheres e demais utensílios para um apart hotel, considerando possuir cooktop, geladeira e outros; a cortina estava rasgada, apresentando ser bastante velha e muito suja. O marco da porta estava quase solto, parecendo que a porta iria arrancar; não existe local para a colocação das toalhas após o banho. O colchão da cama estava com aparência de ser bem velho. Percebi muito barulho a noite nos corredores. Autorizei a troca da roupa de cama e toalhas, bem como a limpeza do quarto e não fui atendido, tendo saído às 07h e retornado as 15h. O café da manhã é bom, gostei, mas repetitivo.
