Perhaps a little more training of front desk staff on when to ask for payment, recording credit opened with credit card to use the privilege of charging at restaurants. The rest was truly outstanding especially the cleanliness of the rooms and quality of food and service in both restaurants

Problemas de ar condicionado e atendimento ruim.

Não espere um bom atendimento, na minha estadia o ar condicionado não estava funcionando durante o meio da noite, solicitei troca de quarto, que foi negada pela recepção, foi enviado um técnico no meio da noite para manutenção do ar, a ação não resolveu o problema e tive que dormir no calor, na recepção foi alegando que deveria ter percebido o problema antes em horário comercial e negaram a troca de quarto, resumo, se vc tiver qualquer problemas em seu quarto não haverá troca, os quartos tem apenas 1 tomada próxima à tv.
