"This 'hotel' was crazily good - like too good to be true good. Our host was exceptional, offering us welcome drinks to take back to our room and personally showing us to our room and around the amenities. The hotel is a bit of an odd one (but in a good way) as it is located in a private, secure wing of 8 rooms in an apartment block. "Avoid - you pay for the room and they won’t send check in instructions until you’ve paid again!! Clearly I wasn’t going to do this - problem is they then avoid all emails and pocket the bill. So poor."
