"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we have experienced. The greeting we received upon arrival was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed as guests, we felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way the staff treated us.
A stay should begin with basic courtesy, professionalism, and a clean, welcoming environment. Sadly, we experienced none of that here. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this place and would not stay here again."

"The lady on phone before I booked said my 3 and a half year old daughter would be able to go on all the water slides with me the parent. This was not the case and it was very disappointing because I booked her based on that exact thing she mentioned. I wish Expedia had this information before booking because there are several other water slide resorts that allow this without height limits. If it was possible to cancel when we found this out on day two I would have and moved to the hotel I know...
