"Where do I start. 1. On arrival - there are two signs for 'Reception' but actual 'Reception' on arrival was based in Restaurant facility. When I arrived the Receptionist could not find the key to my room, she searched and searched - she tried to contact her 'boss' but could get no response. I was offered a drink but declined as I had a function to attend. She suggested I leave my luggage and she would put this in my room whilst I was away. She tells me that the Reception is open until 11...
