No one had communicated with us that there were any issues. We had to call to find out what was going on and a key was delivered to us 90 minutes later. The house smelled of pet urine. "Loved the bay view, great kitchen, laundry and location to beach. Although the unit was clean, the carpet shampoo was very strong. A clothes airer would be handy to get a small washing load dry. Great place to stay"

"Right across the road from Main Beach, Binalong Bay. Walks in each direction. Quick 10 min drive to St Helens to get supplies. The Hub Restaurant was a pleasant 6 doors down from the house! Loved our stay, such a pretty area"

"The front steps are in very poor repair. One of us nearly went thru one of the steps. My son didn't trust them and walked down the neighbours yard. Many light bulbs missing, doors hard to lock with front door only lockable with the deadbolt. The name seaview was nowhere to be seen as the sign clearly said'quarterdeck'. Tried to contact gail but never got a reply. "
