"Not good experience had to change rooms 3 times there was a nest on the bathroom ceiling not sure if it was an ant hill, a wasps nest or a spider nest."

"We walked into our room and it reeked of cigarettes. It seems like either the person before us or someone around us was smoking at some point. Either way, the room was fine. The room was as a nice size and the cleanliness seemed okay. I wish there would’ve been an extra blanket but we made due and never asked the front desk. The next day we went to breakfast and it was a huge disappointment. They basically only had yoghurt and oatmeal. I’m used to hotels having some variety but this place did not have that. I will say they did advertise a “grab and go” breakfast so I should’ve known. Check out was easy and then we left. About an hour later we get a call saying that our room reeked of smoke and that they would be charging us for it. We explained it smelled like smoke the night before and they waived the fee which I appreciated. They said for future reference, please share this information with the front desk immediately which we will do from now on"

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Elevator was slow, but there was an uprade in the process of beng completed. Close to Progressive Field and Rocket Arena. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was about a 20 mins. walk. Most things were in reaosnable walking distance-restaurants, Downtown center, etc. Front receptionists were pleasant and informative. Would stay again."
