"We checked in got our room and went in. The toilet seat was cracked and pinched me. There was no hand soap The mirrors were dirty The tub drained very slowly so when you shower your standing in water. There were hundreds of ants that had gotten into our stuff. "The employee that checked us in was wonderful. She was beyond helpful. We arrived flustered and she made check in smooth.
