"Room and hotel clean and tidy .Good location for amenities."

"The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had...

"Pool was open but not heated, if you wanted a heated pool is was extra for every guest. First room had black mold and a broken countertop, second room was good. Staff wwre great; especially Fernando, Phillipe, Ampreet, Amir and Harpreet. Food was awful, paid for allinclusive and ate outside the hotel on multiple occasions. The only reason for 2 stars is how great the staff was."

"Affordable place in a good location. Not much things to do near by nor eat, but 15 mins walk to the old town. I called bolt to old town for 4 euros. The door doesnt close well. You gotta make sure the hotel room door is closed and locked. "
