"Loved the vibe of the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful.Great hotel, great location
Room set ups were neat and made the space feel bigger!
Breakfast was wonderful! Wide variety of options and very nice dining space.
Gym was set up a little oddly and Peloton was not activated but overall a great stay!
Would definitely stay again

"The best hotel is London for us, have stayed many times and this time with our family ready to watch the London Marathon. It is perfectly situated on the Thames. The food is top quality and a decent price! Looking forward to our next stay! I would say the only thing missing is an indoor pool."
"Our hotel room had poor quality pillows, washroom wasn’t ready , the hotel room is very old , not the same experience that I had during my first visit "
"We stayed in a double room, assuming would still be similar to hotel quality even though A&O took over from Hilton. The check-in process was a nightmare, queues were long and understaffed. The room itself was completely lacking in any facilities: pillows were useless and collapses as soon as you put your head on (so ended up being flat), there were no extra pillows / bedding in cupboard, no phone to call reception to ask for anything, no iron (even though old iron holder from Hilton days), no safe, extremely noisy bathroom fan and all round was pretty cold / lacking in insulation in the bathroom.
Would not stay again."
