The staff at Hotel Igea were particularly helpful. The hotel is right near the train station, which was perfect, but I needed help to find my way to the sights, and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Excellent.

Excellent stay and it is located on one of the main roads around 5 minutes walk from the station. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and organized an early check in when we got there at 0900. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the city centre is easily walkable from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Good hotel in a convenient location.

Excellent location, just a few metres from the train station. Spacious room. Good restaurant. No tea kettle provided as they say hotel is full and hence not available. It's strange, since I thought kettles must be in every room in a 4 star hotel. Provided the next day. Otherwise no complaints.

My room needed a bad make over. The bed felt like it has not been replaced for decades. The carpet, sink, and shower need to be replaced. They need to be updated. The hallway slightly smells like sewer. The staff is GREAT though!

the area of the hotel is unfortunately not very safe, or at least, that is the feeling a visitor gets. However, it is very convenient that is really close to the train station, but also a walking distance to the center of Brescia. The breakfast selection could be improved, in any case it is not to the level of a 4 star hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.
