"Stayed in a family tipi with my husband. We had a picnic bench and fire pit with a grate at our site. They provide a lantern and a kerosene heater for the tipi, which was very nice. Shower and bathroom is cleaned twice a day, hot water, great pressure. Drinking water available. Very peaceful setting not too far from Banff."

"We arrived at 3:30. They said the room wasn’t ready until 4 so we went into town. Room wasn’t ready until 5:50. Almost 2 hours after check in. Manager compt us drinks at the restaurant which was very nice."

"The house itself was very nice and with first glance I was very excited. A few things that were inconvenient was the loud airconditioning, and uncomfortable bedmatras. What was disappointing was that the young girls in their shorts and tattooed bodies didn’t match the historic and Victorian vibe we thought we would experience. For the price I did expect a little more attention to detail."

"Having a full kitchen for our 3 night stay allowed us to save money on several meals. Groceries and many restaurants were close by when needed. This location provided convenient access to Banff, Icefields Parkway, and local Canmore sights & trails. We booked our excursion to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake with their discounted recommended local ViaVia tours. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We enjoyed our time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids were a bit cold after swimming because the pool and gym had a different entrance. Had to go outside to get back inside. A safe and microwave would have been nice to have in the hotel. You can ask for free cookies at the front desk."

"Loved the property. Good value for the area. Only things to watch out for are the elevators. They close on you. Our stroller got stuck, couldn't push the doors open. I have to climb over the stroller and into the elevator to push the open door button. Luckily our kid was IN the stroller and didn't get crushed. "Rooms were clean. Hot tub was available during our stay. 3 bedroom pictures on the Expedia/VRBO app listing are accurate. Washroom baseboards are showing their age maybe due to high moisture & heating in the winter. Only issue in our last night: TELUS WiFi service kept kicking us out. It switches from WiFi to 5G every few minutes. It probably is colder in the open concept living room & kitchen areas due to single(?) pane windows and also bedrooms have an "A" style high ceilings.
