"Great place to stay, very quiet! "

"All staff super courteous, welcoming and helpful. I felt concerned when, within a couple days of our arrival, I noticed our assigned unit had been changed to a unit that had not been updated. I was relieved that although the unit may not have been as updated as the one originally assigned, it still suited our needs and was comfortable for our party. The underground parking was great and we enjoyed our accommodation, the peaceful surroundings, and short drive to Canmore."

"This far exceeded our expectations. I gave a 2 on the description of the property only because there are a few things I felt could be better explained. For example, there is heat (not just the wood burning stove). There are no electrical outlets, but charging device stations are available. There are also no garbage bags/cans inside. "

"We stayed for three nights in the hotel and visited the spa on the second day. The spa was a good experience - a variety of pools, saunas, and areas to relax. Luckily it was not too busy, but I have heard it can get quite busy on weekends. The hotel itself was quite clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant is also quite good in terms of service and menu. The issue we experienced was the noise level in the rooms. I could hear the movie that the neighbouring room was...

"Nice hotel if you're just looking for a place to crash. Nothing fancy, no big lobby, no amenities (ie. hot tub or pool) , just a bed, TV, bathroom, and cozy electric fireplace. Nice clean room, standard mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. For us it was perfect! Also, now that all of Canmore is paid parking, we walked everywhere. It was a 10-15min walk to get to main street. Lots of restaurants near by as well. "

"Room we had on the 3rd floor, could hear upstairs guests stomping around and the ceiling kept clicking/knocking/cracking from weight. Room was so hot even tho we turned down the thermostat. It was nice to have a balcony. Hot tubs were always busy, too busy, didnt use. "

"Beautiful views waking up from Basecamp Resorts every day. Very central in Canmore (which I think is nicer than Banff in so many ways). Suites were spacious and clean. The front desk is available 24/7 via text which is super convinent. There is also a hot tub that oversees the mountains which is a great amentity. Would have been nice if they provided mini/single use cooking oil for cooking"

"The hotel was obviously older but is well-maintained and clean. We didn’t get to try the hot tub due to our schedule. We especially loved the mountain views that we had from our bed. Would definitely come back!"
