"Hotel is in a great location to walk to city sights.
Hotel is on a one way street. On arrival there was nowhere to pull in and offload our luggage (the small space referred to by the hotel website had a car parked in it). We parked in a nearby garage and walked our cases to the hotel. The staff member on the front desk was friendly and efficient. He advised us of a less expensive parking garage close to where we had parked. He was also helpful with directions to the tourist sights and areas to look for restaurants.
The hotel has a small elevator, which was convenient and efficient. Our hotel room was perfect for our family of four. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean, modern and good water pressure.
Breakfast was included - we were given the choice of room service or in the small breakfast area. There was a choice of three breakfasts to be ordered in advance. We all ordered the continental breakfast which was very good. One of our family has a gluten free diet - the hotel accommodated her dietary needs.
Checkout was quick, smooth and friendly.
