"Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung!
Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm.
Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar.
Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere...
