"We stayed in the one bedroom studio with kitchen and we loved the room because the living area was spacious and room was clean. The kitchen had all the simple amenities you need. I asked for more towels (I did not tell them I suspected their repurposed towel scheme) and was told to bring the ones in the room to the front desk where she inspected the towels with a look on her face like “how can you tell these were repurposed?” I did get new towels but the experience really did not sit well with me. "Very clean motel. It was a newly opened motel. Was very disappointed though due to being advertised as having a hot tub and pool. But was new and not open yet. So that was false advertising on expedias end. Other than that it was great."

"This place is wonderful. Each room is unique and fun. We stayed in the Victorian room. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the tub, warming up by the fire and access to our own balcony. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The hosts are lovely and really spend time getting to know the guests or leaving you alone, whichever you prefer. The room was very clean. "Great little hotel. Has a indoor pool & hot tub, Rooms where updated and clean & I must say the breakfast was the best I have had in a while. Also loved the QR code for tipping, I don't carry much cash these days and feel guilty when I don't leave one, hope that catches on. I'll be back later in the season, want to get the hot tub suite on my next visit"

We were close to just leaving to avoid the issue that was caused by this person, but Management was able to come to the lobby and handle the issue personally and we felt comfortable staying as originally planned. "The hotel was clean and quiet, hiwever the beds are hard as a rock. So no matter how nice a hotel is, if the bed is not comfortable, it defeats the purpose. "

"The elevator was out of order, yet we were initially given a room on the 4th floor even though the staff was aware that it wasn’t working. That would have meant carrying our luggage up several flights of stairs. Thankfully, another staff member assisted us and moved us to a room on the 2nd floor."
