"When I drove up I was astonished at the outside of the property. There was garbage everywhere. In the hedges. On the ground. I got my keys & went to the room. It smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. I'm asthmatic and cigarette smoke is not something I choose to be around. I went to sit in one of the chairs. There were stains on both the backs of the two chairs & the seat of the smaller one. I took my toiletries to the bathroom and immediately brought them back to the kitchen area. ...

"The facility was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was larger than we ever imagined. There was plenty of closet space and a large refrigerator in the room. The only negative is they allow pets in the room to stay. When I called Homewood suites before we booked this package, I ask if there were certain rooms that pets were not allowed. They said no, but they always sanitize the room. My son and I are highly allergic to cat...

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's located just a couple blocks from the University's main campus and was ideally located for us during our recent visit. The room was clean, comfortable and stylishly appointed. We were surprised to see a genuine Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The only negative in our viewpoint was on inability to self-park our car at this location. We don't mind paying for parking, but we're not fans of valet service and were disappointed that we could only valet...

"It was a busy weekend, I had no hot water for several days. Took cold showers.
The breakfast did not have an attendant on Sunday. I filled the coffee area myself with cups, sugar etc… but no coffee.
No hot foods.
Staff is nice and polite. Maid service helped me out with my ill husband , kept our room neat.
I felt safe here ."
