"Péssima. Me colocaram em um quarto sem janelas, sem ar condicionado, sem ventilador, sem qualquer ventilação, com cheiro de mofo muito forte e baratas. Pingou água do teto no chão, ao lado da cama. Paguei 03 noites e só consegui ficar 01, com muito esforço. Acho que foi a pior experiência em hostel já reservada por aqui "

"Had a large family of 6. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Short walk to night food market and Bukit Bintang. Customer service from management was excellent!"

"Room with no windows that looked like nothing in the pictures. Check in advertised at 3pm but had to sit and wait for 45mins before finally getting keys. Wall were grubby and very basic. I didn't expect much for the money but at least a window and fresh air. "

"In general its a good hotel but two things make itba little unpleasant to stay. First us the very loud noise from clubs and pubs. You can even feelbthe vibration from the music and obviously this is till early hours of the morning. Then the mattresses are clearly old, beingvoutvof shape and uncomfortable. Everything else was fine, nice restaurant with really good food. Staff friendly amd helpful. "
