I booked this hotel last minute and it ended up being one of the best overnight stays I’ve had downtown. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely great, and the amenities were impressive for the price. "An older hotel, with very narrow hallways in the area I was staying. Elevators were not well marked in the hallways leaving my room. On the last day of a 5 night stay I found a set of elevators much closer to my room - the sign in my hallway pointed in the opposite direction for elevators.
If you don't like noise at night, don't book the center rooms with balconies that overlook the pool roof.
Breakfast was great and staff were all great as well. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants,...

"Was shocked when we arrived and entire parkinglot was closed off with tape. Apparently doing crack sealing but were able to get a spot in the holiday inn parkinglot adjacent. Day two we were told parkinglot would be painted soon and opened. Day three arrived back at hotel, parkinglot still closed. Holiday Inn parkinglot full, attendant told us to park even further away in an unprotected (no Camera's) lot used by a restaurant. Hopefully no damage will occur to our vehicle or other hotel...

"The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition as was the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel.
Our major issue was, we, as a couple, had a room with an adjoining door to the next room, occupied by parents and two children, unknown to us.
Needless to say it was very loud as that one adjoining door is paper thin. We could literally understand some of the spoken words which is totally unacceptable when you are away for a night of R&R.
In my opinion, two rooms with an adjoining door...
