"The older lady chris was super sweet and friendly. The younger blonde girl that was working the evening of Friday May 1st wasnt friendly at all...she had an attitude and had ZERO customer service skills....and her rudeness carried on throughout the weekend. The beds were hard, the curtains wouldn't close all the way and the breakfast was okay. The only decent thing was the biscuits and gravy (the gravy had some flavor compared to others in the state of Alabama, no one knows how to make gravy down here), the omelets were okay but nothing to write home about. The price of the room was NOT worth it. I have stayed in much nicer hotels and paid a lot less than the 181 a night they are charging people. All in all not a terrible place but I will never book here again."

"The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the air conditioner, which is my main thing 100% made us feel comfortable at night while we slept. The pool we didn’t get to use but is beautiful and clean would recommend when visiting Foley, it’s a mile and a half away from OWA so very convenient."
