"Close to airport, heater was weird to figure out but we did eventually get it figured out after sleeping cold the first night because it was late and our kids had already fallen asleep and didn't want to ask for help that would wake them but we bundled them in the blankets we found in the closet. The parking was very full and would be very hard to park if you had a larger car. The elevator doors don't stop closing if you put your hand in there so be cautious. "It was perfect to stay there whole 5days!! But 2nd day of staying cleaning staff might forget to wash glasses and coffee cup.. It wasn’t big deal and still I am very satisfied and talk to friends about hotel… Actually I had been there 6yeare ago and I remember the name of hotel because very convenient location for CBD and shops!! If I go Melbourne again, I would stay again👍"

"While the room was nice there was no couch. Not all the jets in the spa worked. Couldn't ajust the shower height. No microwave to heat food and no toaster to cook toast."

"The staff and they are polite and look after you. There geniune people. They provide a good stay for what you pay the location is amazing shops everywhere, cafes trams train's straight out the front. It has everything you need without having to drive. 15 minutes to city via train. I always stay here now because you can't beat there prices for being in the heart of Essendon. An amazing suburb of Victoria."
