There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately. "The location of the Hotel is perfect as it is not far from the Trafford Centre and there is a McDonald’s restaurant just across the street😀. I gave the room we stayed in 3 out of 5 stars because there were few issues with it. The mirror in the bathroom had finger marks all over it, bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. Was shocked and disgusted to see a little toilet roll which had been used by the previous occupant had been left on the toilet roll holder for us to use. There were stains on the bedsheets as well. Also disappointed to find out that the third bed (as it was my two children & I who stayed there for the two nights) was just a sofa bed and not a proper bed for a room for 3 occupancy which we had requested for and paid for when we did the booking. The staff were brilliant though especially Dimassi who constantly made sure we were alright in the dining area when seated and whilst having breakfast. He was so friendly, polite and very very friendly. Breakfast was okay."

"had a fabulous stay at the Marriott, friendly staff, even when passing in the corridors, nothing too much trouble, always smiling and then recognising you the following day. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I was kindly upgraded so even better. Breakfast was lovely and the spa area and facilities were great and really clean. The hotel was at full capacity so was impressed that standards had not dropped at all. Will be back when visiting my son, thank you for a lovely stay."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There is no lift so be mindful of that if you’re on the top floor. It is a basic stay but this suited our needs well enough and you aren’t far from the centre of Manchester. All in all, we would come back if the opportunity arose again."

"Clean room basic room. Breakfast was basic no fry up or full English. Still happy with my boiled egg and toast and coffee and orange juice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Toilet was a tight squeeze. Can’t take shower hose off shower only disappointing thing. The shower but still got to have a shower just can’t hold it in hand."
