"No shuttle for other airports except orly which is near the hotel. There wasn’t kettle, fridge and iron in the rooms that I had to buy water from the reception for higher price."

"Room was basic but clean and good size, we had a joining room for the kids which was great which was the exact same as our room. Hotel was great for what it was, just a place to crash at night after a busy day site seeing. The blackout shutters on the windows were fantastic. Hotel very handy for the train line (5min walk), we used the RER C train into Paris everyday which took about 15min to get to Notre Dame, very handy. Purchased weekly travel ticket for IDF Mobilities app which covered all train, metro and bus within all 5 zones so allowed us travel to airport (Charles de Gaulle), very worth while and more then paid for it's self and we don't usually bother so much with public travel as like walking but was very handy. Bakery over the road was great and chicken restaurant attached to hotel was good (no alcohol)"

"No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one. "
