Disliked: Cleanliness
No room cleaning or service, limited food available and grocery shop a 30min walk away. Paid top rate for our stay yet rough sleepers were given same rooms for free and free food. I'm not complaining about them staying there, they need to stay somewhere, but why am I charged full rate and have loud noises next door and people knocking on our door by mistake at all hours.

Good location quiet road noise on a Saturday night downside no tea/coffee facilities in room but proper cafe coffee downstairs and good price.

Staff were friendly, but, scared of people as COVID broke out in Hotel up the street from The Park. There was no food for meals and being a public holiday nothing was open. We were told the restaurant wasn’t open. Just as well we didn’t take breakfast food with us as there was no China or cutlery to be able eat . No toaster , no milk , no tea or coffee or biscuits. We were able to get some food from the cafe which we were told could cater to our breakfast needs . This was not the case. I understand things are hard and different at the present time, but, we are all living with COVID deal with it.

Clean but not as comfortable

Friendly service desk, clean and conveniently located near rhe city. Size and layout of the room not the best though, small bed placed oi a corner. Aircon not powerful enough.

Quiet location, good view from the balcony. I stayed here during the coronavirus travel restrictions and saw only one employee, Victoria, who was helpful and kind. The room service meals were delivered by Uber Eats, which was surprising. The food was good quality - the prices seemed were reasonable, but maybe a bit too high. The room was fair-sized and clean and good value. The shower had a half-door, which let water out on the floor. I found the hand-soap hard to remove from its packaging. The TV color quality seemed to be a few years old. On the whole the experience was pleasant.

Wifi cut out and air-conditioner temperature was variable early on, but on the whole extremely comfortable and clean.

Comfortable but clinical with no atmosphere

Not much personality at the front counter and not very flexible on your check in, check out time. Bedding was comfortable.
