"Spacious accommodations, clean, beds wer comfy. Supplied coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, wine glasses. 10 minute Uber to the airport. Helpful gentlemen at the desk upon check in. Luggage lift for bags available."

"I paid extra for a room to accommodate 3 people, so there were 2 beds, there was a sofa that had no sheets not made up and stains. They knew from the call that I was staying with my mother not a partner. She needed a bed to herself for a good nights sleep before we were up at 5am to go next door to the hospital for her surgery. I slept uncomfortably on the couch because there was no bedding sheets or blankets. Very disappointed"

"The room was clean but very dated. The sink tap did not have any hot water. This was reported to the cleaner. There was rust in the bathroom. Only a shower curtain. Fridge was on top of the bench and could easily fall. The sheets were white but had a stain on them. The door was very hard to lock. We were close to where we needed to attend an event. Close to the accommodation was Jeans Thai which was thoroughly delicious"

"Great place to stay close to the airport. Easy check in, clean rooms, great staff and convenient for morning flights. Will stay here again."

"We had no wifi in the room, Had to sit in lobby to do anything on the phone. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. They were not able to resolve either issue in the 5 nights we stayed there. The kitchenette had no stove or hot plate. Also, they charge you if you don't wash and put away all the dishes. Room service came to make our bed only 1 day despite us putting a notice on the door to make our room. Also, we booked a snorkeling tour and were not told that there was a $140 booking fee...

"I flew out from NYC to Brisbane, Nundah Australia and I chose Prince of Wales. I absolutely loved my stay there ! The staff are super kind, the room was very clean. All in all, a 5 out of 5 star experience here."
