"Accommodation was basic and functional. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Nice little balcony area. Overall property well maintained. If I have a small recommendation it would be to modernise the furnishings inside the apartment."

There was a well stocked small supermarket, panetiere, green grocers and butchers less than a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was a good size. A fan would have been helpful as it did get very warm, but we were used to the hot nights. If our children had been younger we would have requested a room fan. As long as you keep shutters down during direct sunlight it is possible to keep the room...

"Positives - The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre. Negatives - Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement...
