"When we arrived and went up to check in our room (627), there had been a HVAC unit at the end of the hallway that leaked onto the carpet. A staff member was shampooing the carpet, vacuuming and had a large fan sitting out. The smell was horrible. We went in our room and the smell seemed to be limited ..."

"A beautiful hotel in a great location near the state sign next door to the Country Music museum. Our room keys gave us free access to the museum too which was a great surprise. A lovely roof terrace bar with friendly staff and great food."
