"Great hotel, walking distance to all local sights. Second time we've stayed here when visiting Bristol. Ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing, all staff very friendly "

"Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room pictured with a small dining table and didn’t receive that room. The stay was okay as I needed it for commuting to work but I wouldn’t stay again."
