"The customer service was exceptional at best. Very friendly atmosphere. We forgot our disount card in the room for the 1844 Table Table & Mash and the manager assisted in ensuring we got discounted. Stella is jome away from home and i will always be back. Can you please being back the New Years Eve party?"

"We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night the waterpark was completely full of people which we expected. However we were disappointed that not a single chair or table was available for us to set our towels on due to the amount of people in the park. Alcohol prices are very high and I cannot recommend drinking at this location. Our hotel room (2 bedroom suite) was excellent. It had a gas fireplace which was fantastic to sit by as we watched it snow out from the window. There is a Walmart less than a mile from the hotel that we took advantage of during our stay. "

"Clean but dated room. Door was missing molding on one side. Sink was cracked but clean. Drain was very slow. Refrigerator was set to freeze so our sodas exploded. "

"The hotel is run down needing a major update. Our room was subpar. The water pressure in sink was god awful..tub was slippery when taking a shower and the fridge was inoperable. Hotel was suppose to be smoke-free but could always smell pot We stayed 1 of the two nights then went somewhere else for the second. The best thing about hotel is the location but other than thar DONT stay there."
