"The location is great, and I was able to walk practically everywhere. If you prefer a hotel closer to Canada Place, you’ll likely pay quite a bit more. This hotel was still very reasonably priced, even though it was low season in Vancouver. There are plenty of shopping, entertainment and dining options all within a short walk. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was tiny. The room was reasonably clean, and unlike many hotels that have cut back on housekeeping, I was pleased that daily housekeeping was provided and done well. Complimentary water was provided, and there was also a fridge in the room. The Wi-Fi worked well. The staff were generally pleasant, although some could have been friendlier and more helpful. The main downside was a rather musty smell in the room. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and some fresh air. Overall, a decent and affordable option in Downtown Vancouver, especially compared to other hotels in the area."
