"Stayed in the Maisonette Family Suite. It was extremely spacious for a family of 6 in central Tokyo. But beware of spiral staircase for toddlers. Although it is an older room and hotel - the suite is not as new looking as the photos - it has very good amenities, really great staff and housekeeping. Would stay again. Akasaka is also a hidden gem - has a lot to offer 24/7"

"Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip. "

"The room was bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the bathroom too. The location was perfect for us. Having the hotel at a Metro stop made it easy to get around Tokyo. "

"Considering the price charged, I am very disappointed with the level of service and facilities provided, which do not meet the standards expected from a hotel positioning itself as a high-end establishment. While the room itself is pleasant, the bathroom is completely inadequate. It is extremely small (approximately 2.5 m²), with a bathtub, toilet, and sink all cramped into a very limited space, making it difficult to move comfortably. In addition, its condition is clearly outdated, with faded pink tiles typical of the 1960s, which do not in any way reflect the standard expected of a hotel in 2026. Furthermore, the service fell short, particularly at the time of my departure. After requesting assistance with my luggage, I waited more than 10 minutes without any action being taken. I eventually had to go to the reception myself, where several staff members were present, yet none had made any effort to assist. I was then told that the person in charge was busy and that, if I did not want to waste time, I should handle my luggage myself. Such a response and attitude are unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I sincerely regret this experience, especially as there are many hotels in Tokyo that are far more modern and offer significantly better service for a similar price."
