She took our passports and didn’t let us know which apartment she was in, but said she would be right back After 40 minutes we needed to contact Expedia to have her bring our passports back to us. "Staff was excellent. Really went above and beyond to assist me. The room was beautiful. I loved the shower and bathroom especially. Everything was very comfortable. I did not have the breakfast but would highly recommend staying here. "

"Everything as expected but a few times we had to wait a while for plates or cups at the restaurant. Early season so probably not fully manned staff yet :-) We will definately consider to return to Aminess Vival Grand Azur Hotel or one of the sister hotels nearby!"
