"The building is old, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
There’s also air conditioning.
It was a bit of a surprise that tissues and toothbrushes weren’t provided.
There’s a supermarket nearby, which is convenient.
The front desk is only open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but if you arrive late at night, they’ll leave your key card in the safe at the entrance. When you arrive, just call them to get the PIN code and open the door.
The front door also opens with the key card.

External property was well looked after and clean. Room was comfortable, lovely north aspect view, though room cleaning could be improved.
Perfect location, walking distance to Broadbeach mall and comfortable waterfront walk to Surfers Paradise.
Pool area great and also perfect for little kids.
Check in / out smooth process.
