everything was great but we preferred our stay previously in room on 19th floor, this time 4th floor, definitely if staying longer would prefer higher floors otherwise clean, everything including washer and dryer, just perfect.

Reception told us they would upgrade us but it would take some time. they gave us a $50 voucher for the adjacent restaurant which cost us $130 for a light meal. I had to ask for an engineer to fix a very noisy exhaust fan. ...
