"I stayed last Thursday for one night. Today, a Monday almost 3 pm. I still see the security deposit of $150 after three nights. Not sure if this is typical for the hotel operation. Now I have to monitor to see that this goes away. One extra thing to be concerned about. I didn't find so to speak, a bath towel. Not that I would need one but it's just that it was a new experience to NOT find one. Not sure if it is now the new standard. There were two sets of coffee packs but didn't find an electric...

"Breakfast on Saturday was excellent! Staff that was serving scrambled eggs/tater tots/bacon was amazing. She still smiles eventhough I can tell she is overwhelmed with all the demands. Sunday breakfast was okay. Sausages were salty. Apple juice machine tasted like water, but right away change after I talked to the staff. Hot water jug was cold. Staff gave me a hot water in a glass which I greatly appreciate it! Saturday staff in cleaning the room was not helpful. I did give her our used towels...

"Beautiful rooms and very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was a fair amount of hair in my room and one of my towels was very dirty. I cannot give the hotel room high marks for cleanliness."
