"The service at the hotel was great. Every team member had a smile and was helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. I didnt care for the bathroom layout. It was small and the toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot. The toilet reminded me of a public toilet due to its design. Those are minor irritants. The view was amazing! We were on the 23rd floor overlooking the river. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Wolfgang Kitchen. The food and service was great. The skywalk to DeVos...

"Room is very stylish and includes the amenities you need. There was a safe, a drink cocktail mixing set, starbucks coffee pods and a sleep sound machine! Area is close to many restaurants and the concert venue we came for. Owner was quick to reply to all messages and helpful with special requests of a feather free room. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location. "

"The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!"

"The staff greeted us with a smile. Everything was very clean. Check out was at NOON! Which was good as we slept in because the bed was so comfortable we slept in..... We did miss the breakfast but I'm sure it was good! "
