"We stayed for a night for a birthday celebration. On arrival, the receptionist had informed us that we received a free upgrade on our room! The room was lovely. Lovely decor, felt cosy and very comfortable. The fridge had milk in for our use and a couple of breakfast bits which were complimentary. "Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...

"Lovely little spot in a great village of Marsden, with very nice and well presented lodges. Walking distance to pubs and cafes. The location is also on the canal-side so great walks on starting on the doorstep.
Lodge was lovely and the log burner was lovely to put on after a long evening walk this time of year.
ONLY negative for us is that we feel the entrance door on the Redbrook lodge needs a little blind or something on the window for privacy. Also the light coming in if you want a lie-in....
